The Coldwell Banker project located on Boylston Street in Boston, MA consisted of taking a white box space and converting it to a high end office for the Coldwell Banker’s Boston Sales Team. This fast-tracked project included installing a top of the line lighting package with a wide variety of specialty fixtures, beautiful millwork features including walnut feature walls and a stunning marble reception desk. This, along with engineered walnut flooring and unique glass systems, made this space a showcase for the highly trafficked Boston sales office.

REALOGY | WALTHAM, MA

The The Realogy project included the consolidation of multiple offices into a modernized, high-end corporate interior to align the atmosphere with their corporate brand identity. A leading provider of US residential real estate services including franchising, title, mortgage and settlements, it was critical to design and build a state-of-the-art aura that would leave a lasting impression with visitors. Constructed within an occupied setting above and below, Sterling Construction engineered a work of art congruent with Realogy’s powerful brand personality in this one-floor, multi-department consolidation project.

Taking into consideration the needs, concerns and functions associated to an active law firm, we paid special attention to construction, communication and safety procedures for this renovation project to minimize interruptions to daily activities. We also paid very close attention to facilitate this complete renovation of their existing space. The 15,000 square foot renovation included the completion of a new kitchen and consolidated workspaces all with new fixtures and furnishings.
